Exchange Policy

Time Frame: You may exchange items within 48 Hours from the date of receipt.
● Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and
in a resalable condition.
● Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be
provided for all exchanges.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Exchange Process
1. Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@ziqitoys.com or call
us at +92-300-8256032 to inform us of your intent to exchange. You will receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your package.
2. Reason for Exchange: Clearly mention the reason for exchanging the item when
contacting customer service.
3. Proof of Purchase: Attach a picture of the purchase receipt or slip as proof of your
transaction.
4. Return Shipping Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label and further
instructions on how to send back the item.
5. Replacement Item: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will
send the replacement item within 14 days.

Exceptions
● Personalized or Customized Items: These cannot be exchanged unless they are
defective or damaged.
● Items on Sale or Purchased with a Discount Code: These are not eligible for
exchanges.
● Damaged or Used Items: Items that appear damaged or used due to customer
handling are not eligible for exchanges.
